Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Duration: 60 Minutes $275

Your comprehensive mental health assessment includes:
Medical & Mental Health Review – Understanding your symptoms, history, and potential triggers.
Diagnosis & Lab Testing – Ruling out other conditions through lab work, genetic testing, and health team collaboration.
Personalized Treatment Plan – Includes evidence-based medication management, therapy recommendations, diet/exercise solutions, and holistic treatment options.
Medication Management Follow-Up
Duration: 30 minutes $150
We also provide a sliding scale
Our 30-minute follow-up sessions are designed to track progress and adjust treatment as needed. These appointments includes:
Review of Past Medications & Supplements – Assessing effectiveness and side effects.
Psychotherapy Integration – Includes CBT, DBT, exposure therapy, and other therapeutic approaches based on your needs.
Lab Work & Genetic Testing Review – Adjusting treatment based on diagnostic evaluations.
Ongoing Treatment Adjustments – Ensuring your plan continues to meet your needs.
